is a commodity and subject to market fluctuation. Prices may change without notice. |
|
|
|
We
constantly have stock on-hand. Most orders are
processed and shipped within one (1) week. Many go out the next work
day. Depending on size of order, commitments and time of year,
orders may take up to 6 - 8 weeks. |
|
|
All orders are processed on a
first come first serve basis. |
| Wholesale
orders made after November 15th will be shipped after January 1st. |

Minimum Order
(First orders / Reorders DO NOT include the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping
and handling is a separate charge that is added after the Order Total of the First order /

Payment: |

Prepayment or
Pro-forma on initial orders. NET 30 with approved and established credit. We accept
VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. All order must be paid in U.S. (United
States) Dollars. |
|
There is a $25.00 fee
plus any additional fees incurred by Three Feathers Pewter for any returned checks, declined credit card charges and improper
credit card chargebacks. |
|
Partial payments are for
approved and established accounts only and must be pre-approved by Three Feathers Pewter for each individual order. Partial
payment orders must be paid in full within the NET 30 days or late fees will be enforced
and account will returned to prepayment status. |
|
|
|
Late Fee: |
|
A 1.5% per month service
charge will be made on invoices extending beyond NET 30 based on shipping date. Late
accounts are placed on prepayment basis only.
Customer is responsible for collection fees, court costs and reasonable attorney fees to
collect unpaid accounts. |
|
|
|
Damages/Shortages: |
All claims must be made
within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping damages must be reported to shipping company
immediately with notification to Three Feathers Pewter by mail or fax. |
|
|
|
Return Policy: |
Merchandise
returns must be made within 15 days of purchase / receipt of goods with prior arrangement
through Three Feathers Pewter . All taxes duties, shipping and handling are
non-refundable. All custom orders are final. Customer will be
charged a 10% restocking fee for all returns that are not the result of
error on the part of Three Feathers Pewter . |

Exchange Policy: |
Merchandise exchanges must be made /
addressed to and approved by Three Feathers Pewter within 15 days of
purchase / receipt of goods. All taxes, duties, shipping and handling
are non-refundable. Receipt / invoice is required for exchanges. |
|
All merchandise for exchange must be
in original purchased condition. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for
all merchandise for exchange not received in their original purchased
condition. |
When applicable, Customer will be
charged shipping and handling for all exchanges that are not the result of
error on the part of Three Feathers Pewter . Customer must
make sure all merchandise for exchange is well packed and insured for their
full dollar amount. |

All exchanges are to be for the equal
dollar amount of the original purchased merchandise. Should exchanges
exceed the dollar amount of the original purchased merchandise, Customer
will pre-pay the balance of the additional merchandise along with any taxes,
duties, shipping and handling that may apply. |

Shipping and
Handling Charges: |
7% of total with an
$9.00 minimum. Some shipping zones may exceed minimum and
shipping companies used by Three Feathers Pewter may increase their prices without notice. Customers will be
charged accordingly. Three Feathers Pewter usually ships via USPS (United States Postal Service),
FedEx (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Once order is shipped, Three Feathers Pewter is not responsible for
any delays in shipping and/or any damage and/or loss once shipping company has delivered order to destination. Three Feathers Pewter reserves the right to send partial shipment. |

|
Sales Tax
License (Also translates as a valid; Vendors, Business, Traders, Merchants License or the
license your local government requires in order to have a valid business): |
For IRS (Internal
Revenue Service) and Sales Tax purposes, Three Feathers Pewter must have a copy of a valid Sales Tax
License or Sales Tax Exemption Form to complete a wholesale sale or use wholesale prices. |

It is the
responsibility of the vendor to inform Three Feathers Pewter of changes in account information such
as shipping address, phone and email, contact person(s), credit card numbers, etc. |

Clean/Repair Pewter: |
Three Feathers Pewter will clean/repair our
pewter, and will, on occasion, clean/repair pewter not made by Three
Feathers Pewter . Orders for clean/repair
may not be shipped to Three Feathers Pewter without prior approval
by Three Feathers Pewter . |

Fees are $35.00 per hour with a two
(2) hour minimum and $35.00 for each additional hour. A nonrefundable
deposit of $35.00 is required prior to clean/repair and balance is due upon
completion of clean/repair. Three Feathers Pewter reserves the right to
refuse any clean/repair. |
| |
Pewter formulas vary in strengths and
melting temperatures. The formula(s) pewter pieces consist of cannot be
determined by the naked eye. Three Feathers Pewter will only clean/repair
pewter pieces as much as Three Feathers Pewter determines necessary in
order to limit possible damage(s). Should damage(s) occur during the
clean/repair process, Three Feathers Pewter is not liable and fees
for clean/repair are still in effect. |

Shipping/handling costs of
clean/repair orders to and from Three Feathers Pewter is the responsibility of
the customer. |
| |
Once the customer has been notified of
completion of clean/repair order, the customer has thirty (30) days to
arrange to retrieve clean/repair order. This can be done in person or by
shipping to the customer. Clean/repair orders that been held beyond the
thirty (30) day limit will be charged a storage fee of ten percent (10%) of
the total of the clean/repair order every thirty (30) days. If clean/repair
order is not retrieved by the customer after six (6) months the clean/repair
order will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Three
Feathers Pewter . |

Once the customer has taken possession
of clean/repair order Three Feathers Pewter is no longer liable. |
