Three Feathers Pewter Wholesale Conditions and Terms of Sale

When placing an order with Three Feathers Pewter, Customer agrees to Three Feathers Pewter’s Terms and Conditions of Wholesale.
Sales Tax License (Also translates as a valid; Vendors, Business, Traders, Merchants License or the license your local government requires in order to have a valid business):
For IRS (Internal Revenue Service) and Sales Tax purposes, Three Feathers Pewter must have a copy of a valid Sales Tax License or Sales Tax Exemption Form to complete a wholesale order or use wholesale prices.
Wholesale orders are strictly for RESALE and NOT for PERSONAL USE. Should Three Feathers Pewter suspect any abuse of wholesale privileges, Three Feathers Pewter has the right to terminate Customer’s Wholesale status.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to inform Three Feathers Pewter of changes in account information such as shipping address, phone and email, contact person(s), credit card numbers, etc.
Promotions, Discounts, Coupons, etc. do not apply to wholesale accounts.
Pewter is a commodity and subject to market fluctuation. Prices may change without notice.
We constantly have stock on-hand. Most orders are processed and shipped within one (1) week. Many go out the next work day. Depending on size of order, commitments and time of year, orders may take up to 6 - 8 weeks.
All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Wholesale orders made after November 30th will be shipped after January 1st.
Three Feathers Pewter is entitled to refuse to accept any order at our sole discretion as we consider it necessary.
Minimum Order (Wholesale orders DO NOT include the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is a separate charge that is added after the Order Total.):

Miscellany - $150.00 wholesale
Ornaments - $200.00 wholesale
Tableware - $500.00 wholesale
Payment:
We accept WIRE TRANSFER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. All order must be pre-paid in U.S. (United States) Dollars.
There is a $35.00 fee plus any additional fees incurred by Three Feathers Pewter for any improper credit card chargebacks.
Damages/Shortages:
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping damages must be reported to shipping company immediately with notification to Three Feathers Pewter by mail or phone.
Return Policy:
Merchandise Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase / receipt of goods with prior approved arrangement through Three Feathers Pewter. All merchandise for Return must be in original purchased condition. Receipt / invoice is required for Returns. Customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all Returns that are not the result of error on the part of Three Feathers Pewter. All taxes, duties, shipping and handling are non-refundable. For approved Returns, Customer must make sure all merchandise for Return is securely packed, padded and insured for their full dollar amount.
Exchange Policy:
Merchandise Exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase / receipt of goods with prior approved arrangement through Three Feathers Pewter. All merchandise for Exchange must be in original purchased condition. Receipt / invoice is required for Exchanges. Customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all Exchanges that are not the result of error on the part of Three Feathers Pewter. All taxes, duties, shipping and handling are non-refundable. For approved Exchanges, Customer must make sure all merchandise for Exchanges is securely packed, padded and insured for their full dollar amount.
All Exchanges are to be for the equal dollar amount of the original purchased merchandise. Should Exchanges exceed the dollar amount of the original purchased merchandise, Customer will pre-pay the balance of the additional merchandise along with any taxes, duties, shipping and handling that may apply.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
7% of total with an $12.00 minimum. Some shipping costs may exceed minimum and shipping companies used by Three Feathers Pewter may increase their prices without notice, Customers will be charged accordingly. Three Feathers Pewter usually ships via USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Customer can request to have shipping charges made to their company FedEx or UPS accounts so as not to be charged additional shipping by Three Feathers Pewter. Once order is shipped, Three Feathers Pewter is not responsible for any delays in shipping and/or any damage and/or loss once shipping company has delivered order to destination. Three Feathers Pewter reserves the right to send partial shipment.

Please remember, we hand make our pewter. All measurements are approximate.
All buttons wholesale are $1.12 each
Carded buttons wholesale are $6.75 per card (6 buttons on each card)
(A quantity of eighteen (18) is the minimum order for any single type of button)
For any single type of button ordered with quantity less than 25, button will be sold as carded.
For any single type of Ornament, Jewelry, Miscellany and Tableware, requires a minimum of four (4) of each item ordered.
